Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, görünen ad, telefon (kayıtta).
- Üretici / tasarımcı profili (doğrulama): bireylerde ad soyad, adres ve telefon; firmalarda vergi numarası (VKN) ve resmi unvan. TC kimlik numarası zorunlu değildir ve kamuya açılmaz.
- İçerik: oluşturduğun projeler, oda ölçüleri ve açık onayınla yüklediğin oda fotoğrafları.
- Kullanım verisi: özellik kullanımı ve teknik günlükler (hizmetin çalışması ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için).
Fotoğraflar
Oda fotoğrafları yalnızca açık onayınla işlenir; tasarım analizi (boş/dolu oda, renk paleti, yerleşim) için kullanılır ve belirlenen saklama süresi sonunda otomatik silinir. Fotoğraflar reklam için kullanılmaz.
Verinin kullanımı
Verini yalnızca hizmeti sunmak, hesabını yönetmek ve güvenliği sağlamak için kullanırız. Verini satmayız.
Ödemeler
Ödemeler web (teyerast.com) üzerinden Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) ile işlenir. Kart bilgilerini biz saklamayız.
Üçüncü taraflar
Barındırma, ödeme (Lemon Squeezy) ve isteğe bağlı yapay zekâ sağlayıcıları gibi hizmet sağlayıcıları kullanabiliriz. Bunlar veriyi yalnızca bizim adımıza işler.

Çocuklar
Hizmet 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir.

Data we collect
- Account: email address, display name, phone (at signup).
- Producer / designer profile (verification): for individuals — full name, address, and phone; for companies — tax ID (VKN) and official company name. National ID (TC) is not required and is never published.
- Content: projects you create, room measurements, and room photos you upload with your explicit consent.
- Usage data: feature usage and technical logs (to run the service and prevent abuse).
Photos
Room photos are processed only with your explicit consent, used for design analysis (empty/furnished detection, color palette, layout), and automatically deleted after the defined retention period. Photos are never used for advertising.
How we use data
We use your data only to provide the service, manage your account, and keep it secure. We do not sell your data.
Payments
Payments are processed on the web (teyerast.com) via a Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store card details.
Third parties
We may use service providers such as hosting, payments (Lemon Squeezy), and optional AI providers. They process data only on our behalf.
Your rights
You may request account deletion or a copy of your data at privacy@teyerast.com. For general support: support@teyerast.com.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13.
